Yes, we sure do. We are currently provided services to over 500 people throughout Utah including but not limited to Salt Lake, Weber, Davis, Cache, Utah, Duschene, Washington and numerous other counties. Wherever you are located, we are committed to providing the highest quality services to you.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR OLYMPUS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND WHAT DOES IT COST?

Olympus provides Support Coordination (case management) services to people with disabilities. We coordinate, facilitate and manage services and supports through various community providers and resources to help your services run smoothly. Eligibility for Support Coordination and other community services are determined by DSPD (Division of Services for People with Disabilities). You can apply for services here. Your services are of not cost to you but you must be found eligible before receiving services and supports as these are paid through state and Medicaid waiver funding. Once you are found eligible by DSPD, you begin the process of choosing a Support Coordinator. Your additional services follow shortly after you have chosen your coordinator.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO QUALIFY FOR DSPD SERVICES (INCLUDING SUPPORT COORDINATION)?

There are no age requirements for services. Olympus provides services to people from ages 1-99 who have been found eligible for waiver services through DSPD.
